wa liao today need to test our NAPFA TEST 1 of it is pull up haha i 20 time marjorie only 10 time but other 3 ah i think so la she win me leh !!SAD ( CRY ) sit up i do 30 time and i think marjorie get 31 ah i think so la forget liao and than sit and reach i do 35cm and marjorie is 37 ah i think so la !! standing broad jump i onlt jump 163 cm leh marjorie i forget liao ! the 4 x 10m last shuttle run i just pass leh i get 12.12 second 0.08 more second i fail... i forget liao la i old liao cannot remember !! LOST never mind pass than can liao la this not so important ............. next time i will show u the time !!
